This is a 1986 V8 3,5L Range rover classic that is very original (90% original paint) with factory luxury options fitted. These include full leather (in very good condition), air-conditioning, twin headlights and a factory fitted roof rack.

GENERAL:
BODYWORK/PAINTWORK:
Generally the overall paintwork patina is as expected for the cars age. There are a number of panel oxidation areas as indicated in the pictures for example around the fuel filler cap, front and rear doors and below the windscreen rubbers. The rubbers are in general good shape. The front left wheel arch panel has a slight dent which does not detract from the overall appearance but needs attention. There are a number of small scratches and dents which are acceptable given the cars untouched history.

TECHNICAL:
In 2025 the car has had the front and rear brake calibers and discs replaced as new. The clutch cylinder has been replaced as new. Oil change, filters, fuel filter and spark plugs have been replaced. The rear windscreen wiper motor has been replaced as well as the control stork. The EFI fuel system has been overhauled and factory specs respected in the rebuild. The headlights have benefitted from an LED upgrade as well as the vehicle dash lighting. The shock absorbers have been checked along with the rebound rubbers and engine support blocks. The exhaust system is solid. A compression test of the engine confirms that all cylinders are within factory tolerances. Overall the engine and gearbox are both very solid and seem to confirm that the maintenance has been carried out given the mileage which seems genuine despite the fact there is no vehicle service logbook.


INTERIOR:
The leather interior is in very good condition. No splits or cracks and retains its grey colour throughout. The roof liner is in very good condition. Assumed to be a non smoker vehicle given the lack of any stains on the headliner. The car benefits from a central command locking system and a hands free (Android and Apple Car play music system).

DOCUMENTS:
Present with the car are a set of two keys and two push button command modules for the central locking (excludes the rear window). The official Heritage certificate confirms that the car is 'matching numbers' and sold in Italy in 1986. The current registration is a 'Belgian Certificate' (see photos).

PICKUP:
Collection of the vehicle is in Belgium. Transport can be arranged by either yourself or a local specialist.

Registered as an 'historic vehicle' in Italy the car was imported to Belgium a number of years ago and is part of a larger collection.

Overall this car is a classic in every sense of the word. Hardly touched from the day it left the factory this is an opportunity to own one of Land Rovers true classics.
