The Morgan Aero 8 Series 5 is much more than just a car: it embodies the vision of a British artisan manufacturer that has championed a unique approach to automotive design since 1909. Launched in the early 2000s, the Aero range marked a major turning point for Morgan, with its first aluminum body, bold design, and performance worthy of a modern GT. The Series 5, the latest evolution of the Aero 8, synthesizes all the brand's expertise by combining tradition, contemporary technology, and an incomparable personality. For many, it is the most accomplished interpretation of the Morgan spirit: rare, sculptural, and resolutely different.

The Series 5 made its world debut at the 85th Geneva International Motor Show, 15 years after the launch of the first Aero Eight. Significant visual and mechanical changes make this 5th generation the most accomplished Aero model to date. The design of the new Aero 8 is inspired by classic open-top cars of the 1960s, with their long, fast, low lines and cabin-centric bodywork. Viewed from above, the silhouette is reminiscent of a boat deck, reinforcing the impression of adventure and escape. A spectacular clamshell rear trunk is used to stow and conceal the new mohair-lined soft top. Occupants sit low in the vehicle, allowing for a sleek roofline and balanced proportions.


Only 160 Aero 8 Series 5 models were produced between 2015 and 2018, each one configured by Morgan according to the customer's personal vision. With an infinite number of combinations of paints, leathers, and details, every Aero 8 built is unique.

Inside, this convertible offers an artisanal atmosphere where every element exudes authenticity. The hand-stitched leather, carefully adjusted details, and metal controls create a warm and exclusive environment. The cabin, although compact, offers an immersive driving position and a direct connection to the road. It embodies the essence of Morgan: a finish that favors the human touch, noble materials, and an atmosphere that is decidedly different from the codes of conventional luxury. Under the hood, the Morgan Aero 8 Series 5 is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.8-liter BMW V8 engine, delivering generous power and a deep sound. The rear-wheel drive and chassis balance provide a pure, lively driving experience, with that blend of precision and raw sensation that is the charm of old-school sports cars.
